GP is proud to announce that we have doubled our Flagship space on Las Olas Riverwalk Circle, unlocking new offices and more great amenities for Fort Lauderdale’s only Private Club for Work. Take a look at what we have added in our expanded Downtown facility.
Private Offices
Our new private offices allow for flexible company growth, accommodating 1-20 people. Our fully furnished offices are fully brand-able, and are made for companies that know that setting up shop at GP full-time means one thing: growth.
Larger Meeting Rooms
We’ve added larger meeting rooms that can accommodate groups up to 12 people. Each of our rooms is fully equipped with smart TVs, whiteboards, bookable podcast equipment, and our legendary GP hospitality.
New! Large Training Room
Downtown Fort Lauderdale has been longing for a unique, large-occupancy training and meeting facility, and we built it. If holding an event at a hotel is a yawn, we are ready to create a unique and memorable experience at our Downtown Clubhouse.
Relax in our Work Lounge
Our lounge is the perfect spot for casual meetings, brainstorming sessions, or simply taking a well-deserved break. Unwind, recharge, and foster meaningful connections with like-minded professionals – where productivity meets relaxation.
Nooks Everywhere
We’ve added call booths and small work stations throughout the new expansion because it’s 2023 and zoom happens.
Deep Work Lab
There are times when you need to put your head down and focus, and in a world of distractions, Deep Work is harder and harder to come by. We’ve built this library space so you can trust that you will have distraction free, quiet work area in an inspiring corner of our clubhouse.

We love a great outdoor space, and ours might double as a member-only party and bar space from time-to-time.
